1. Log in to Your Shoplazza Dashboard
2. Access Shipping Settings
Look for the "Settings" menu in the left-hand sidebar. Click on it and select "Shipping" from the submenu.
3. Create a General Profile
All products will be added to the general profile automatically. If you want to create a custom profile, you will need to add products to the custom profile manually.

4. Create a Shipping Zone
Shipping zones enable you to group countries with similar shipping rates. Click on "Create Shipping Zone" and name your zone (e.g., "United States", "Europe", "Asia", "North America"). Then, add the countries that belong to this zone. You can do this by searching for the country names or selecting them from the provided list.
5. Set Up Shipping Rate
For each zone, you'll need to define the shipping rate. Click on "Add rate" to set the following:
- Name: Please provide a meaningful name for the shipping method (e.g., "Standard Delivery").
- Description: Clearly explain the features of this shipping option, such as delivery time and any additional features.
6. Configure Rate Calculation
If you're calculating rates based on weight or dimensions, you'll need to configure this. Set the weight and dimension units, and define how the rates increase with heavier or larger packages.
If you need to add more Shipping Rates for the same zone, click on 'Add rate'.
7. Save and Test
Once you've configured all the settings, save your changes. It's a good practice to test the shipping rates by simulating a checkout from different countries to ensure the rates are accurately applied.
