Why does Shopify show 'No delivery available'?
The message "no delivery method for your address" on Shopify indicates that there are no available shipping options for the address you've entered. This can happen for a variety of reasons, and here are some steps that can be taken to resolve the issue:
- Check the Address: Ensure that the address you've entered is complete and correct. Sometimes, a typo or an incomplete address can cause shipping carriers to not recognize the location.
- Shipping Zones: If you're a store owner, check your shipping zones in Shopify admin. Make sure the country, province, and city are included in the shipping zones you've set up.
- Shipping Rates: Ensure that you have active shipping rates for the destination. If you're using a shipping calculator, it might not have calculated a rate for that particular address.
Why can't I select 'International' markets for my products?
If you are unable to select "International" as a shipping option for products in your Shopify store, it may be due to several reasons:
-
Market settings: Ensure that sales to international regions are enabled.
-
Shipping settings: Ensure that specific Shipping Rates are configured for international regions.
Why is my product listed as 'sold out' and not available for purchase?
Before proceeding with troubleshooting, please ensure that you have configured an available shipping profile for the ODMPOD location. For detailed instructions on how to set up shipping rates on your Shopify store, please refer to this article: How to Set Shipping Rates on Shopify Stores.
Additionally, make sure the product is properly applied to correct Sales Channel. If the product is not linked to an active sales channel, it may show as unavailable for purchase.
On our website, designs synced to your store are, by default, not set to "Track quantity," which is why you might see "Inventory no Track." This setting is typically fine, and most customers don't experience this issue.
However, when you updated the product settings on Shopify, it may have automatically enabled the "Track quantity" feature. To fix this, simply uncheck the inventory tracking setting for that product. Please refer to the following screenshots for guidance.
If the issue persists, check the "Track quantity" setting and update the number of items on hand to 999 or more to ensure there’s sufficient inventory. Remember to update the stock for all sizes of this item.
