Is the final version of my print the same as the one I created online?
Yes, the print is your design.
What kinds of printing techniques does Tapstitch use?
For low-volume orders, Tapstitch provides DTG (direct-to-garment). For bulk orders, Tapstich can also provide puff printing, silk-screen, reflective/holographic/foil special materials printing, embroidery, and more. If you require these additional styles and are marking large orders please email info@tapstitch.com
Where on the item can I print?
Different items allow you to print in different places. We’re constantly working to increase the level of customization you can achieve.
Is there any extra charge for the print?
There is no extra charge to print on one placement location. If you would like to print on multiple placements, such as the front and back of the item, $2.99 will be automatically added to the price of each item.
Is it possible to add sewn labels and custom packaging bags?
Yes, the details for customized woven neck label,hang tag and packaging bag are as follows:
- Woven neck label: $0.35/piece, MOQ: 300pcs ($105)
- Hang tag: $0.39/piece, MOQ: 500pcs ($195)
- packaging bag: $0.79/piece, MOQ: 300pcs ($237)
Please send the design file of the label/tag/packaging bag to our customer service at infor@tapstitch.com.
The production time for woven neck labels, hang tags and packaging bags is 7 days. Please send the payment before you place your order.
Once the payment is made, all your future orders will be automatically packed with your packaging bags and sewn woven neck labels and attached hang tags, up to the amount of custom items we hold for you. Please note that we will keep them in our warehouse for 6 months for free. By the 7th month, if you still need custom neck labels, hang tags, and packaging bags, you have to purchase again. Thank you for your understanding.
Will I still own my design if I customize an item with it?
Yes. Tapstich will never use your designs for any purpose other than producing your order without your permission.
I uploaded the wrong image and would like to change it, but I have already placed an order, can I redo the design?
If you would like to change the print, please contact customer service at info@tapstitch.com.
Is there any color difference between the online design and the final garment?
We do our best to make items look on Tapstich’s website how they will in real life, but slight color differences are normal, specifically:
- Apparel may have slightly differently colored fabric from order to order because there is always some variation in the dying process;
- Printed colors may come out slightly differently depending on the fabric/material they are printed onto.
About print size
- Dimension: We support the display of print dimensions in centimeters, inches, and reference values. Please note that the dimensions shown here are for the whole print file. If you want to see the accurate print size, ensure that the print in the image you upload edgedly fits.

Production Variations: The final print size may vary slightly due to production processes.
- Error Margin: The variation in size is typically within a reasonable error margin (e.g., <10%).
- Quality Assurance: Adjustments are made to ensure the highest print quality.
- Garment Fit: Your designs will be adjusted based on the product size you select. If the product size is smaller than the reference size, the designs on the front and back will be scaled down to fit the garment's size. Conversely, if the product size is the same or larger than the reference size, your design dimensions will be scaled up to fit the garment's size.
